Island Vault Mystery Repack Products
At Island Vault, we want every customer to understand exactly how our mystery repack products work before placing an order. These products are designed around chance, variety, and collectible value, so outcomes will vary from pack to pack.

Final Sale Policy
All Island Vault mystery repack products are sold as final sale. Because each pack contains unknown contents, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on the item received, estimated resale value, coin grade, collector preference, or disappointment with the result.

By completing a purchase, you agree that mystery-style products involve risk and that the contents may be worth more or less than expected.

Shipping Damage Claims
Refunds or replacements may only be reviewed if an item arrives with clear damage caused during shipping.

To qualify, the damage must affect the coin itself. Light scratches, scuffs, marks, or cosmetic wear on a grading slab or holder do not qualify as damage unless the coin inside is also affected.

How to Submit a Claim
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery through the email request portal on our homepage.

Your claim must include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or video showing the coin, slab or holder, original packaging, and shipping box

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without proper documentation may be denied.

Non-Refundable Situations
Island Vault does not issue refunds or replacements for:
• Pack results or contents
• Changes in market value
• Coin grade expectations
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personal preference
• Minor slab or holder imperfections
• Damage that occurs after delivery.

Claim Review
All damage claims are reviewed individually. Island Vault reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or denial is appropriate based on the information provided.
